There are many ways that I train for my mountain bike races. I hit the trails according to my training plan, but I also do road rides to increase endurance and core training/weight lifting. Proper nutrition is also important. While I'm training I like to wear my TwinSix kits, like the cool looking "Metal". I also like to keep my feet looking and feeling good in SockGuy socks.
